IIAE was started in year 1992 in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). In year 1992 at 215/1, Kalidas Road, Dehradun, from year 1995 to 2006 at 179- Kalidas Road and its new campus is situated near Dehradun Airport, Dehradun-248140, Uttarakhand, India. IIAE is registered with office of Sub Registrar; Government of India, New Delhi vide no. 488770 under Indian Registration Act 1908.
IIAE impart academic preparation through conduct of regular theoretical classes and practical training at its own campus located near to Dehradun Airport, Dehradun.

| How to apply: |
Student wishing to apply for courses given in the web www.iiaedehradun.org should submit the hard copy of application form by courier or post to the said address in the form.the application should have following enclosures:1. 09th marksheet, 10th marksheet, 11th marksheet (for appearing/appeared only). If student have cleared the 10+2 (pcm) should enclose 10+2 (PCM) marksheet also.2. All the sections of application form should be completed and dully signed by the principal of school attended, doctor, photo graph e.t.c.3. Two self addressed envelop with dully stamped (speed post/registered post stamp only).4. Registration Fees of Rs. 15000/-(Fifteen Thousand only) non refundable/ non adjustable to be attached with Application form in form of Banker Demand Draft. Demand Draft should be made in favour of "Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering" payable at Dehradun from any bank.Evaluation process: on receipt of application form, it will be evaluated and eligible students will be granted provisional admission.

| Fees and other expenses: |
The average expenditure excluding hostel/ IELTS/ Air Travel will be approximately equivalent to Indian Rs.17 to Rs. 18 Lacs (except pilot, BSc Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Operation Course). Expected Minimum Salary opportunity equivalent to Indian Rupees will be Rs. 30 Lacs per annum (Overseas only). Facility like Part time student job, Work Permit and Permanent Residence is available as country Individual norms and conditions.

| Scholarships: |
Students securing more than 80% marks will have to pay Rs.13,000/- less on academic feess for IIAE only per annum.
This facility is also available to student belonging to SC/ ST/ Christian/ Economical weak student of any community.
There will also be discount on accmmodation of Rs.6000/- per annum for above category at IIAE Hostel fees only.
Student availing the Instalment facilites will not be eligible for Scholarship facility.
