| About the institute: |
The Institute was established by the H. M. S Education Society (Regd.) during 1997- 98 with the objective of providing Technical Education. Permission is accorded by the State Government and it is affiliated to Visweswaraya Technological University, Belgaum, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Courses Accredited by NBA. The Institute is located in Tumkur - 60 K.M from Bangalore towards Mumbai, where all kinds of Institutions like, MBBS, BDS, Engineering, BPT, DPT, Open Universities, MCA and MBA are situated. The Campus is well laid out on a stretch of over 30 Acres of land with beautiful landscaping. All the Buildings are architecturally designed to suit the natural rolling terrain. Natural surroundings and meticulously maintained pollution free green campus leaves ever lasting memory in the minds of students.

| How to apply: |
Candidates desirous of applying for HMS Institute of Technology (BE & MBA Courses) under Management quota should send their applications to the Director, , H.M.S Institute of Technology,NH-4, Kesarmadu Post, Kyathsandra, Tumkur - 572 104, Karnataka before the last date fixed for admission by the State Government & Universities, based on entrance test and filling up of seats by the CET Cell. The Candidates may also submit their application forms online. Apart from the above, the following documents should be compulsorily enclosed while submitting the application.
* Copy of S.S.L.C / S.S.C (10th) Marks Card.
* Copy of P U C (10+2) Marks Card.
* Copy of Transfer Certificate.
* Copy of Migration Certificate for Non-Karnataka Students.
* Copy of valid proof of their permanent residence (copy of Passport/Ration Card/Election ID Card etc…)
* Caste Income along with Hindhuthwa Pramana Patra in respect of Karnataka Candidates only.
* Visa, Passport, and Political No Objection Certificate of Government of India in respect of Foreign National Students
