THE CSI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (CSICE) is a self-financing institution. This has got the prestigious accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics & Mechanical Engineering. The CSI College of Engineering is approved by AICTE, New Delhi (F.No.730-52-301 (E)ET|97 dated NOV. 17, 1997) and Government of Tamil Nadu (vide GO Ms. No, 112, dated 23.3.1998). The training and placement (T&P) cell functions with the objective of providing placement related training and guidance to all the students of the college. Socially disadvantaged students are helped through the book-bank scheme instituted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Infrastructure:
  • The institution has residential facilities with separate hostels to accommodate men and women students. A section of the men's hostel is completely separated from the rest of the structure so as to enable first year students to live without the fear of ragging. Separate wardens and assistant wardens are present for men and women, however, the principal is considered the chief warden of the hostels.
