The success of NERF activities can be attributed to the people associated with it, driven by the inspiration and support of Dr. Karsanbhai K. Patel. The key persons in the NERF initiative were Prof. N.V. Vasani. Former Vice Chancellor of Gujarat University and former Advisor to the then Chief Minister of Government of Gujarat on Science and Technology, and Shri Ambubhai M.
